Alfredo With Bacon

Serving Size

  • Yields 2 ½ Gallons 

Ingredients & Measurements

  • Chef’s Companion®  Instant Pepper Gravy Mix (prepared)4 ½ quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Parmesan Cheese (shredded) – 2 ½ quarts
  • Heavy Cream   – 2 quarts
  • Bacon (raw, chopped)  – 2 ¼ pounds
  • Butter (unsalted, optional) – ½ cup
  • Garlic (chopped) – 1 ½ TBSP 
  • Salt- 1 TBSP

Instructions

  1. Cook Bacon in a hot pan until it starts to brown.  
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 – 2 minutes.  
  3. Add heavy cream and Chef’s Companion®  Instant Pepper Gravy Mix. Bring to a boil.  
  4. Reduce heat and add parmesan cheese, mixing until cheese is fully melted.  
  5. Turn off heat, and butter. Finish to taste with salt. 
  6. Serve on your favorite pasta!
