Ingredients & Measurements

  • Dark Chocolate Chips – 1 ½ cups
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Butter, unsalted – 2 TBSP
  • Sugar, granulated – ½ cup
  • Chef’s Companion® Caramel Flavor Bomb1 oz

Instructions

  1. In a warm medium-sized pot, combine the cream, butter, sugar, and Chef’s Companion® Caramel Flavor Bomb.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat off and stir in the chocolate chips until chips are dissolved.
  4. Enjoy as a topping on your favorite cheesecake or dessert!
