  • Yields 1 ¾ Gallons 

Ingredients & Measurements

  • Chef’s Companion® Brown Gravy (prepared)4 quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Salsa – 2 ½ quarts
  • Sour Cream (optional) – 1 ½ pound
  • Garlic (granulated) – 1 ½ tsp 
  • Cumin (ground) – 1 ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper (ground)  – 1 tsp
  • Salt  – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except sour cream to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.  
  2. Turn off heat and mix in sour cream.  
  3. Serve over enchiladas or other Mexican dishes.
