Ingredients & Measurements

  • Aroma Vita® Hot Cocoa (dry mix) 1 packet
  • Self-Rising Flour ¼ cup
  • Water 2 TBSP
  • White Chocolate Chips 2 TBSP
  • Butter, unsalted 1 TBSP
  • Ice Cream 1 scoop

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, water, and Aroma Vita® Hot Cocoa in a mug. Microwave on high for 35 seconds.
  2. Take the mug out of the microwave and stir until hot cocoa is mixed.
  3. Add flour to the mug, stirring until a batter forms.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  5. Microwave the mug on high for 40 seconds.
  6. Caution: the mug will be HOT
  7. Top mug cake off with your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
