  • Prepared Graham Cracker or Crushed Cookie Pie Crust

  • Chef’s Companion Wip-It Whipped Topping Mix

Instructions

  1. For Filing: Add milk to mixing bowl. Add cheesecake mix and True Lime. Mix at slow speed 1-2 minutes. Scrape bowl. Mix an additional 2 minutes at med-high speed. Pour into pie crust, cups or cupcake wrappers. Chill approximately 1 hour.
  2. For Topping: In a separate mixing bowl add water and whipped topping mix. Mix at high speed until stiff. Can use immediately. Pipe or dollop topping atop cheesecake.
  3. Garnish with mini lime slices, lime zest or candied lime pieces.
