Ingredients & Measurements

  • Chef’s Companion® Brown Gravy (prepared) – 4 quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Soy Sauce – 3 ½ cups
  • Honey – 3 ½ cups
  • Miso paste (white) – ¾ cup 
  • Ginger (paste) – ½ cup
  • Garlic (chopped) – 3 ½ TBSP

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.  
  2. Add to a chicken or vegetable stir fry or use as a stir fry glazing sauce.
