  • Yields 1 ½ Gallons 

Ingredients & Measurements

  • Chef’s Companion Pepper Gravy (prepared)4 ½ quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Hot Sauce – 1 quart
  • Brown Sugar – 2 pounds
  • Garlic (granulated) – 1 ½ tsp 
  • Salt – 1 ½ tsp
  • Smoked Paprika   – ¾ tsp
  • Cayenne – To Taste
  • Dry Mustard – To Taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.  
  2. Serve with fried chicken strips or on a fried chicken sandwich.
