Our Famous Bread Pudding
- Chef’s Companion Bread Pudding
- Bread (day old is best)
- 1 bag (18 oz)
- 5 c
- 20 oz
- Tear 20 oz of bread or bread product into 1 inch pieces.
- Add 18 oz mix and 5 cups water to the bread.
- Stir gently using lifting strokes to coat bread. Do not over mix.
- Spray half size steam table pan with food release and pour mixture into pan
- Bake at 350°F for 60-70 minutes.
