Peppercorn Steak Cream

  • Yields 2 ½ Gallons 

Ingredients & Measurements

  • Chef’s Companion® Pepper Gravy (prepared)4 ½ quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Chef’s Companion® Brown Gravy (prepared) – 4 quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Brandy – 1 quart
  • Heavy Cream – 2 ½ cups
  • Garlic (chopped) – 3 TBSP
  • Salt  – 2 ½ TBSP

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a hot saucepan and mix until combined.  
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.  
  3. Serve with your favorite cut of steak.
