Ingredients & Measurements
- Chef’s Companion® Chicken Gravy (prepared) – 4 quarts (1 Full Bag)
- Mae Ploy (chili garlic sauce) – 2 quarts
- Orange Marmalade – 1 quart
- Sugar – 2 pounds
- Garlic (chopped) – ¾ cup
- Soy Sauce – ½ cup
- Ginger (paste) – 2 ½ TBSP
- Salt – 4 tsp
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Serve with Tempura Chicken or as an Asian dipping sauce.
