- Chef’s Companion Chicken Gravy (prepared) – 4 quarts (1 Full Bag)
- Coconut Milk (unsweetened) – 2 quarts
- Peanut Butter – 2 quarts
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Thai Red Curry (paste) – ½ cup
- Lemon Grass (paste) – ¼ cup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a hot saucepan and mix until combined.
- Serve on Chicken Satay, Thai Spring Rolls or as an Asian dipping sauce.
