White Chocolate Coffee Ganache

Ingredients & Measurements

  • White chocolate chips – 2 ¾ cups
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Butter, unsalted – 2 TBSP
  • Sugar, granulated – ½ cup
  • Chef’s Companion® Coffee Flavor Bomb1 oz

Instructions

  1. Combine cream, butter, sugar, and Chef’s Companion® Coffee Flavor Bomb in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat off and stir in the white chocolate chips until chips are dissolved.
  4. Enjoy as a topping on your favorite cheesecake or dessert!
