Luz Morales is the Vice President of Human Resources for DYMA Brands. She is responsible for leading the people strategy for our organization. Luz has a passion for building solid retention strategies and robust benefit programs that enrich our team members and their families. Luz has over 20 years in Human Resources and EHS in various roles supporting CPG and food manufacturing organizations.

Prior to joining DYMA, she served as a regional leader for Keurig Green Mountain on multiple start-up projects. Previously, she led plant-based EHS programs for the Kellogg Company, Chiquita Brands, and Michael Foods. Luz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/ HR Management from Walden University.
