Michael is CFO of DYMA Brands and joined the company in September 2021. He is a senior finance executive with broad and diverse industry experience with the proven ability to drive sustained revenue and profit growth. He has a hands-on, transparent, and collaborative style that leads to successful outcomes across a variety of organizations: start up, private equity, public and Fortune 500. This has given him the insight to identify key leverage opportunities from a variety of perspectives and navigate all types of situations.  In addition to academy training at PepsiCo in the soft drink sector, his prior experience also includes two successful private equity exits to strategic buyers.  At Wise Foods, he helped lead the turnaround of the legacy business as CFO and expanded geographic and channel penetration as CEO. Most recently as CFO at Innocor, Inc., he supported the merger with a key competitor in the polyurethane space.  Michael’s skills include development and delivery of key strategic initiatives, improving financial controls and data analysis, and building finance organizations to support business, cross-functional, and cash leverage improvements. He also has experience working through complex manufacturing processes to lower cost and increase productivity and gross margin. Michael holds a CPA and a BBA in Finance from Harding University.
