Precooked Meat: In A Large Skillet Or Pot, Combine Fajita Sauce And 8 Lbs Fajita Meat And Toss Until Meat Is Fully Coated. Cook Meat And Sauce Mixture Until Internal Temperature Reaches 180F. Add 3 Lbs Fresh Or Frozen Fajita Vegetables, Toss Until Coated In Sauce. Saute' For 5-10 Minutes Or Until Frozen Vegetables Are Cooked Thoroughly. Uncooked Meat: Follow Instructions Above. Ensure Meat Is Cooked Until An Internal Temperature Of 180F Is Reached. Oven: In A Large Bowl, Whisk 1 Bag (8.9 Oz) Of Chef'S Companion Fajita Seasoning With 2 Pints Hot Water And Set Aside. Evenly Layer 8 Lbs Precooked Fajita Meat Into A 4" Deep Ull Size Steam Table Pan. Pour Fajita Sauce Over Meat And Toss Until Fully Coated. Cover With Foil And Bake In A 375F Convection Oven (400F Conventional) For 30 Minutes. Remove From Oven, Add 3 Lbs Frozen Fajita Vegetables. Re-Cover And Cook Additional 15 Minutes.
