Butterscotch Pancakes

Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour 
  • Chef’s Companion Butterscotch Pudding and Pie Filling 
  • Baking Powder 
  • Sugar 
  • Salt 
  • Eggs 
  • Milk 
  • Butterscotch Chips 
  • Maple Syrup 
  • Butter or Cooking Spray

  • 1/4 c
  • For drizzling 
  • To avoid sticking 

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking powder, sugar and salt. 
  2. Add in eggs and milk, whisking until batter is smooth. 
  3. Use butter or spray flat-top with cooking spray and spoon 2-3 tablespoons batter onto griddle. 
  4. Sprinkle in (6-8 each) butterscotch chips, and cook pancakes until golden brown, 1-1 ½ minutes per side. 
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with butterscotch chips.
