Pumpkin, pure, canned 

Red Curry Paste 

True Lime 

Sour Cream 

True Lime Juice

  1. Add warm water and coconut milk to a large pot. 
  2. Slowly whisk in cream soup base mix. 
  3. Whisk in pumpkin and red curry paste. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 
  4. Stir in True Lime. 
  5. Lime Crema: Stir together sour cream and True Lime juice. 
  6. Optional Garnishes: chili garlic sauce, crispy chickpeas.
