  • 12-15 Mini Parfaits 


  • Chef’s Companion Pistachio Pudding Mix, prepared 
  • Chef’s Companion Whipped Topping 
  • Pistachios, chopped 


  • 28 oz bag, prepared 
  • 1 lb, prepared 
  • 2 c


  1. Prepare pudding and whipped topping according to instructions on the package. 
  2. Chop pistachios. 
  3. In your serving dish, add a 1″ layer of pudding. Top with 1/2″ chopped pistachios then 1/2″ whipped topping. 
  4. Repeat layers of pudding, pistachios and whipped topping. Garnish with a sprinkling of pistachios. 
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
