Ingredients & Measurements

  • Chef’s Companion Instant Pepper Gravy Mix (prepared) – 4 ½ quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Mayonnaise – 4 ½ quarts
  • Garlic (granulated) – 3 TBSP
  • Lemon Juice (True Citrus) – 1 ½ TBSP

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. 
  2. Serve as a dipping sauce for fried seafood.
