Coconut Thai Chicken Soup

Ingredients & Measurements

  • Chef’s Companion Savory Cream Soup Base Mix – 4 ½ quarts (1 Full Bag)
  • Chicken (¼” diced, cooked) – 4 ½ cups
  • Shiitake Mushrooms (sliced) – 1 quart
  • Cream of Coconut (unsweetened) – 4 tsp
  • Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Cilantro (fresh, chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Ginger (paste) – 4 tsp
  • Lemon Grass (paste) – 2 tsp
  • Fish Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Lime (True Citrus) – 1 tsp


  1. Add all ingredients to a hot appropriate size pan. 
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, stirring for 10 minutes. 
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
